 Speaker’s CV

 

Mr.Lee Kwok Weng, B.Eng. (Mech.)(S'pore), M.Sc.(Ind.Eng)(NUS), DipBA(NUS), GradDip Mktg.(MIS), LLB(Hons)(Bucks), LLM(Lond), Barrister-at-Law, Advocate & Solicitor, Supreme Court of Singapore, Accredited Arbitrator & Mediator, MMIS, FIES, Honorary Legal Advisor, IES & SISO, is currently in private legal practice.

He has been for many years an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Admin, National University of Singapore, teaching Business Law in the MBA programme.. He specialises in Business Contracts, Negligence, Information Technology and Engineering & Building Laws. He is a very experienced lecturer and trainer and is well-versed in the technical field, marketing and management practice too.

Mr.Lee brings with him considerable industrial project and business development management experience, having worked as a project manager in a leading Multi-national engineering and construction corporation serving the oil and gas industries onshore and offshore.

A knowledge lawyer himself, Mr.Lee also brings with him a wealth of practical knowledge & experience of the legal requirements, setting & starting and managing businesses in the knowledge economy as he is a co-founder of and legal/corporate adviser to some IT/internet & other companies.
